Opening hours

Friday, March 6, 2026, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 7, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 8, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Setup

Wednesday, March 4, 2026, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 5, 2026, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Dismantling

Sunday, March 8, 2026, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Monday, March 9, 2026, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

An additional set-up and dismantling day costs €300.00 per day and early delivery costs €100.00 per day.
This daily flat rate applies per hall (Halls 1–9 and salzburgarena) or per segment in Hall 10.

Dismantling begins after the end of the event, but no earlier than 5:00 p.m. Out of consideration for the trade fair and the other exhibitors, and in the interests of visitors, early dismantling of stands before the official end of the trade fair (5:00 p.m.) is not permitted. The stand must be properly equipped and staffed by competent personal throughout the entire duration of the trade fair during the specified opening hours.
After dismantling, the stand area must be restored to its original condition. If the dismantling time is exceeded, the organizer is entitled to have the stand structures cleared and stored at the exhibitor's expense and risk. The exhibitor must compensate the organizer for any damage caused by improper handling. We thank you for your understanding.

Special agreements regarding set-up times must be clarified with the organizer.
